Andrew Balch is the founder and lead consultant. He brings more than 20 years of experience working with global awarding bodies, higher education providers and technology companies — designing and delivering high-stakes assessment and certification portfolios, leading digital transformation, and helping organisations navigate complex procurement and regulatory environments.
He works cross-functionally, moving between detail and strategy as the work demands, and is experienced in aligning stakeholders across product, assessment, operations and commercial teams. He works in English and French, with a strong European focus, and is a judge of the e-Assessment Association's AI Award categories.
